So you just bought a brand new bowflex home gym and you’re excited about your soon to be amazing shape? But you took a look at the owner’s manual and you feel a bit loss with all those exercices? You’d like to have a little guidance, maybe get a specific program that fits your needs?
I don’t know about you, but that exactly how I felt when I bought mine. I had no idea on how to get started. So I started to look for other sources to get a proper workout tailored for me. I’ve read about this stuff for years, all the men’s health, men’s fitness and the likes (I’m sure there are similer fitness programs for womens too).
Well, it was long, but after all these years I now know a lot about fitness, boys if I had known all this before I started to train.
But now I feel like I know enough to share with people who are starting with their bowflex home gym. So I created a simple workout program that you can download for free (I’d be nice if I had your feedback, but you don’t need too).
